Recommended Best EFT Training
I'm not currently teaching foundational EFT courses, but if you are looking to learn how to tap effectively with yourself or with others – there are some excellent EFT tapping training courses you can take in-person or online.
Below, I recommend some excellent EFT International Accredited, Certified Trainers.
Each one offers standardized EFT Levels 1 & 2 skills in-person and online in their own styles. *Indicates this Trainer has regularly scheduled Level 1 and Level 2 trainings.
Recommended Advanced EFT Training
If you are an experienced EFT practitioner looking to sharpen your skills and learn nuanced approaches and more tapping strategies, advanced (Level 3) training might be for you. I highly recommend Lori Lamont, Katie Walker, Jules Vandermat, Jondi Whitis, Puja Kanth, Martine Moorby, Alina Frank and Craig Weiner, and Falguni Mather.
About EFT Certification
If you have completed a Level 1 & Level 2 EFT training with one of teachers above, you can join me to become an Accredited, Certified EFT professional. In other words, you can learn EFT with someone else, but choose to undertake the mentoring/certification process with me. I encourage learning from a variety of experienced trainers.
In a combined EFT Level 1 and 2 (by the above recommended EFTi Trainers), students can expect a thorough education in all EFTInternational foundational EFT standards, including:
- Tapping basics, history, and an overview of the science behind EFT
- How to talk about tapping (i.e., building bridges of understanding)
- How to work with the "zzzzt" effect
- How to begin helping someone easily (e.g., using standard EFT, discerning aspects, following the trail, etc.)
- Testing your work and measuring progress in the moment
- How and when to ask skillful questions, which questions can be most effective
- The importance of a gentle approach, and how to make choices that prioritize safety and thoroughness
- How to minimize excessive emotional intensity and how to close sessions appropriately
- An understanding of how EFT helps trauma, including the full Movie/Tell the Story Technique for Specific Past Events
- How to handle Core Issues and find lasting resolution with EFT
- How to address the emotional contributors to pain and illness (i.e., how tapping can be a complementary modality)
- Introduction to the concepts of Borrowing Benefits, working with children, helping animals and others at a distance, and more
- Working with your client's emotional landscape, so that you are never lost
- How to integrate foundational EFT skills into your current work with clients – and more
How do I get certified in EFT?
Once you complete the online EFT Level 1 and EFT Level 2 combined course, you can pursue a path to Accredited EFT Certification with EFT International. Whether you've taken EFT training with me or another EFTi trainer, I offer certification for qualified candidates who have completed foundational coursework.
